Synopsis

XVI century, rapid times of extreme changes in the Holy Roman Empire. The era of "innocent" scholars persecuted in the name of "Witch hunts". This historic survival epic depicts Ella's harsh fate - as well as the fate of a torture device modeled after Virgin Mary, the "Iron Maiden"!
